Three residential schemes have made this list and are worth a total £250m.
Two of these are in the social housing sector but the biggest is a student accommodation scheme for the University of Bath. Tenders for this are due in February, with work set to commence in April.

Clarion Housing’s £80m Blenheim Centre Penge development of 228 flats in Bromley, south London, should commence in October.
Tenders have just been returned for a £67m private development of 318 flats in Ealing, West London, and the successful contractor is likely to break ground in April.
The most valuable sector of these top 10 projects is the office space, where three of the biggest projects are worth a combined £353m.
